As the Prince of Weeds, Cassius is basically a magical girl villain. What this means is, through the power of shoujo magic bullshit, Cassius and the Prince of Weeds should not obviously be the same person (unless your character is sensitive to these things or moons the face of genre conventions or whatever). I'm pretty consistent with icons most of the time, so it should be fairly obvious which one you're speaking to. There are some minor physical differences between forms; Prince has longer hair (ass-length instead of mid-back) and is probably a li'l bit prettier.
Another important note here is that Cassius has the passive ability to turn people to the dark side via sexual contact. Though I guess it's less an "ability" than something that happens whether he wants it to or not. But basically, if you swap fluids with this guy (even kissing will do it, albeit to a much lesser degree), you'll find yourself also agreeing with his general life philosophies of hatred and destruction. This effect is (usually) temporary and can wear off whenever you're bored of playing with it!
